A Frenchman in Texas
Not a post so much as a quick note to tell you to read A Frenchman in Texas. Serge Dacic is French and has been living in Texas for almost 20 years. He has some very fascinating insights into the cultural differences.

Hi there. I hope you enjoy it. It's largely geared towards helping people become expats, but since I've just moved to Paris from Amsterdam, I'll be spending some time nattering on about France for a bit.
